Do these prices reflect sales or discounts?

Only if they are located in the clearance section and/or marked with our red SALE tag. Discounts usually require a discount code, which is provided through our top announcement bar.

Can I have a discount code applied after I have placed an order?

No. All discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout.

Where do you get your product?

We aim to provide our customers with product manufactured and sold in the United States. 

How do Pre-order work?

Pre-orders are items that have already been purchased by us from our manufacture and awaiting shipment to our location. When the product arrives, we immediately fulfill the pre-orders, shipping them out the same day. Pre-orders must be paid at the time of check-out. The return policy does not take effect until the item has been received by you.

Cecilia Rubi is owned and operated out of Lewisville, Texas, USA.

How do I return or exchange my order?

To return or exchange anything, please email sales@CeciliaRubi.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.  

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order please email us at sales@CeciliaRubi.com. Please keep in mind, we process and ship within 24 hours of receiving the order.

How long will it take me to get my order?

Within 3-7 days. We do not guarantee any specified times due to fluctuation in business.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?  

Yes. However, additional fees apply.
